Description
6" in diameter, WYSIWYG and aquacultured by WWC! The classic and unbelievably hardy and surprisingly fast growing Space Invader Pectinia! This iconic Pectinia has been in the hobby for over 10 years and is the perfect LPS for beginners.
The other awesome thing about Pectinia is that they not only grow outward, they also grow vertically, which isn't all that common for large polyp stony corals. Just be aware that they do have some nasty sweepers, so make sure to give them some room for them to grow as they will tag (and eventually destroy) anything in close proximity. Target feed it once a week with a good quality meaty frozen food, but just make sure their feeding tentacles are out, as it not it will roll right off the coral and end up somewhere you usually don't want it (like under your rock structure, where it will rot and possibly mess up your water parameters).
