Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate at WWC in Orlando, FL, you will provide exceptional customer service while demonstrating knowledge of the saltwater aquarium hobby. Responsibilities include assisting guests with water needs, answering phone calls, performing opening and closing duties, using our water mixing and delivery system, and stocking shelves. You will also handle cash transactions, support coworkers, and continually expand your product knowledge, including livestock and dry goods.

Competencies & Requirements:
Candidates should have some experience in the saltwater aquarium hobby and retail sales. Essential skills include understanding the retail sales process, inventory stocking, basic math, and achieving sales quotas.

Farm Technician

As a Farm Technician at WWC in Orlando, FL, you will maintain aquatic health and support daily farm operations. Key responsibilities include performing coral health checks, fragging, pest management, and inventory reporting. This role is ideal for those passionate about the saltwater aquarium hobby, involving tasks such as using the water mixing and delivery system, managing algae and pests, and assisting with receiving processes for fish, inverts, or corals.

Competencies & Requirements:
Candidates should have intermediate experience in the saltwater aquarium hobby, with advanced experience preferred. Proven work experience in the reefing industry is beneficial.

As a Shipping Associate at WWC in Orlando, FL, you play a crucial role in our operations by meticulously preparing outbound orders. Responsibilities include reviewing invoices, gathering materials, packing boxes, affixing labels, and ensuring orders are ready for pickup. This position requires collaboration with various departments to meet inventory and shipping requirements. You'll also perform opening and closing duties, address equipment concerns, learn tank and system addresses, cross-train in departmental roles, and actively learn coral types for order preparation.

Competencies & Requirements:
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, proven experience as a Shipping Associate or similar role, and good understanding of safety regulations.
