Ways to use Points

You may redeem your points exclusively toward coral frag purchases from our WYSIWYG (W) or Standard Inventory (SI) coral selections. Coupons may not be applied to fish, invertebrates, packs, apparel, Vic’s Picks, colonies, Live Sale items, or sale-priced products. However, you will continue to earn points throughout the duration of any sale. For more information, please check below in the FAQ section!

How does the point program work?
Once you reach 500 points, you will be able to redeem points for a reward. 500= $50, 1000= $100, 1500= $150, 2000= $200. You can use up to $250 in rewards on your purchase. You can only use (1) rewards code towards your purchase at a time.
How do I use my points?
You can redeem your points by logging in to our website and going to your account details. There you will find the rewards options that can be redeemed depending on your points balance. Once you have redeemed your points for a coupon code, you will see the code which can be copied and pasted into the discount code line on the checkout page. Additionally, you will be emailed your discount code once you use your points to create your code in case you forget what the code was. Please remember that discount coupon codes expire 2 months after you create them.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after a rolling 6 month period with no further purchase activity. That means as long as you stay active, your points can keep renewing! Once points or rewards codes expire, we CANNOT reclaim them for you, so please use them within the allotted time frame. Rewards codes are valid for 2 months from time of point redemption.
What can I use my points on?
You can use your coupon towards coral frag purchases only. You may choose from our WYSIWYG (W) or Standard Inventory coral (SI) selection. You cannot use your coupons towards; Fish, Inverts, Packs, Apparel, Vics Picks or on Colonies. Coupons cannot be used towards items in our Live Sales or towards Items that are on sale, but you will continue to accumulate points during the duration of the sale!
Do points used count towards free shipping threshold?
Rewards points/code uses DO NOT count towards your free shipping threshold. Shipping MUST be paid on these orders unless your coral total is $299 or more after rewards codes are used.
How can I transfer my points?
Points cannot be transferred to other accounts nor can they be combined from multiple accounts.
