How to order
- Log in to the wholesale site.
- Choose the frags you want shipped — your wholesale discount shows automatically in the top right corner of the page as you shop. Minimum 3, maximum 10 frags per SKU.
- Adding a WWC Wholesale Choice pack ($50.00) is required for every 50 individual frags you select. This isn't an optional add-on — the $50.00 pays for a set of fast-moving, high-demand frags that your sales rep hand-picks for you from the same list, to round out your order.
- Pick your shipping method. Each box holds a maximum of 110 frags — if your order totals more than 110 frags, add a second box of the same shipping choice.
- Go to your shopping cart and confirm your wholesale discount has applied to all your corals, then pick your date and pay. You'll see "free shipping" listed at checkout — that's expected, since you've already added your shipping choice as a line item, not because shipping is actually free.
- Healthy, retail-ready livestock. Every frag shipped is fully healed, pest-free, and tank-conditioned — ready to sell the day it arrives.
- Professional photo library. You get a private Dropbox with high-res coral photos for labels, displays, social media, and staff training.
- Dedicated sales rep. A real WWC person walks you through every order — no guessing, no inbox black holes.
- A brand your customers know. WWC is one of the most recognized names in the hobby. That recognition drives foot traffic and repeat visits.
Once you pay, your sales rep will call to confirm the closest available ship date for your order. Important: Several one-of-a-kind, Vic Picks, and WYSIWYG corals are not eligible for the wholesale discount.

If a coral doesn't survive transit, photograph it under white light within 24 hours, email the images to contact@worldwidecorals.com, and keep the specimen until your rep approves the claim.
