All brick and mortar retail stores that are interested in this great offer must fill out the form below with the name of the store, business license, tax ID, as well as attach pictures of the front and inside of your store (If you have not done so yet). Once we have verified that you are a legit brick and mortar store, we can then make your wholesale account.

How to place a WWC wholesale order:

• Once your store has been verified by WWC and your wholesale account is created, please reach out to one of our sales representatives by emailing us at contact@worldwidecorals.com, letting us know that you would like to place your order. We will call you and walk you through the wholesale order process from start to finish, for a smooth and seamless experience. You will then be able to create your account and log into our website www.worldwidecorals.com, on the top right of the page.
• We will send you a link (only active for 24 hours) in which you will choose 60% of your coral selection and add them to your cart. Please note that you can only choose a maximum of 5 frags per coral sku. If more than 5 frags of any coral type is chosen, the excess will be removed from your order.
• The other 40% of your order will be chosen by your WWC representative, which will maximize the diversity of the coral offerings to your customers and also because this is product that we need to move. In order to do this, please choose the item called “WS - WWC's Wholesale Choice” to your cart, which will add $400 worth of corals to your order that we will select, for every $600 worth of corals that you selected (you pick $600 [60%], we pick the other $400 [40%]. Each of the corals that we choose for you will have a minimum value of $19.
• You must also choose a shipping method. We offer two types of delivery options: 

Wholesale order shipped to your local airport via Southwest cargo to be picked up @ $85 per box OR Wholesale order shipped directly to your door via Fedex overnight delivery @ $150 per box. - Overnight shipping, boxes, hot/cold packs included in pricing. Please select your shipping method and add it to your cart. On average, about 60 frags fit per box, so if your order is for 70 - 120 frags, please select 2 of these units. Orders will not be shipped until the shipping fees are paid for.

• At the checkout screen, you will be prompted to enter the name of your sales representative. Please enter the name of your contact (representative) that helped you with your purchase, as this is a required field. Again, your sales rep will be on the phone with you at this time to help make sure that all fields are correct and any questions are answered throughout the purchase process.
• Wholesale orders carry a 24 hour live guarantee (starts upon delivery time). In the case that a coral does not make it through shipping, please send pictures of the dead coral taken in white light to contact@worldwidecorals.com for the guarantee. Do not throw any dead corals away until our representative gives their approval, or guarantee is void.
• Wholesale customers will not be eligible for our loyalty rewards program.
• Please do not place your wholesale order on your own without the assistance of your representative as this can lead to the order getting cancelled and refunded.
