Return Eligibility

  • Within 45 Days — New, unused, factory-sealed items qualify for a full refund to original payment method. FULL REFUND
  • After 45 Days — Case-by-case basis. Approved returns receive store credit only. STORE CREDIT ONLY
  • Condition Required — Unopened, unused, unwashed, free from water or chemical exposure. Original tags and manuals must be included.
  • Restocking Fee — 10% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping and financing fees apply.

  1. Report Immediately — Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging and damaged goods until resolved.
  2. Send Photos — Email clear photos of the damaged item and box to Email contact@worldwidecorals.com.
  3. Free Replacement Approved — We will exchange the damaged item at no charge and cover replacement shipping.
  4. Prepaid Return Label — We will email you a prepaid label to return the damaged item.
  5. Replacement Ships — Once we receive the damaged item, your replacement ships immediately.
📦 Aquariums & Drop Ship: Damage or defects must be processed directly through the manufacturer's support channels.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Please follow these instructions to return items, receive refunds, and handle warranty issues for aquarium supplies and equipment. The following applies to aquarium supplies orders placed online at WorldwideCorals.com. We want you to be happy with your purchase. All returns must meet the conditions below.

Returns & Refunds

  • Return Eligibility: World Wide Corals is happy to accept returns of new, unused items in their original, factory-sealed packaging within 45 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method (minus any applicable shipping, financing, and 10% restocking fees).
  • After 45 Days: If more than 45 days have passed since delivery, return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Approved returns after 45 days will receive store credit only — no cash refund.
  • Condition of Items: All returned products must be in like-new condition — unopened, unused, unwashed, and free from any water exposure or chemical residue. No returns will be accepted if the item shows any signs of use (e.g. wet filter media, installed parts, or emptied containers) or if the packaging is opened, damaged, or incomplete. Save all original tags and manuals.
  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. If any package or item is visibly damaged from shipping, report it right away. We require notification of any damage within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label for damaged items, but for routine returns you must pay return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Gift cards and store credit are also non-refundable.
  • Order Cancellations: Special-order or drop-shipped items (e.g. aquariums or products shipped directly from the manufacturer) cannot be canceled or returned after they are placed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Aquariums & Sumps: Standard tanks, aquarium sumps, and aquarium systems (unless a shipping-damage or manufacturer-warranty claim). Drop-shipped damages and warranty claims must be handled through the manufacturer or distributor.
  • Batteries: Batteries (including sealed lead-acid, lithium-ion, etc.) cannot be returned.
  • Liquids & Consumables: Any liquid products with expiration dates cannot be returned for safety and freshness reasons.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked "Clearance," "Blowout," "Liquidation," or otherwise designated as final-sale are not returnable. All clearance and promotional deals are final.
  • Promotional / MAP Items: Products under minimum advertised price (MAP) restrictions, or gift cards, are excluded from returns unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no extra charge. Please follow these steps:

  1. Report Damage Immediately — Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
  2. Send Photos — Email clear photos of the damaged item and box to contact@worldwidecorals.com. We recommend inspecting all items as soon as possible after delivery.
  3. Free Replacement — Upon approval, we will exchange the damaged item free of charge and cover the shipping cost of the replacement.
  4. Return Label — After your damage claim is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label to send the damaged item back.
  5. Quick Ship-Out — Once we receive the damaged item, your replacement will ship immediately.
📦 Aquariums & Drop-Ship Items: Any damage or defect on aquariums or other drop-shipped equipment must be processed directly through the manufacturer's support channels.
