1. Bidding & Payment Policy

Commitment to Bid: Please only bid on coral lots you fully intend to purchase.

🚨 Failure to pay for an auction item you have won WILL result in permanent disqualification from participating in all future live coral auctions.

24-Hour Checkout: If you win an auction item, you must complete your checkout within 24 hours of the auction's closing time.

How to Pay: To view and pay for your winning lots, click on "My Account" and select "Profile" at the very top of the page.

Account Standing: Failure to pay for an auction item you have won may result in permanent disqualification from participating in all future live coral auctions.

2. Shipping & Rewards

Flat-Rate Shipping: Free shipping promotions do not apply to auction items. Standard auction shipping rates apply.

Combined Shipping: Only one shipping module purchase is required for an unlimited number of coral lots won during this event.

Rewards Points: You will earn valuable reward points on all winning auction purchases! However, please note that existing reward points cannot be redeemed or used as payment for auction items.

3. Sniper Protection (Popcorn Bidding)

To ensure a fair experience for all hobbyists, this event utilizes Popcorn Bidding:

If a bid is placed within the final 1 minute of an auction lot, the countdown clock will automatically extend for an additional 2 minutes to give outbid users a fair chance to counter-bid.

Pro Tip: Be sure to refresh your browser page after the timer hits zero to ensure the lot has officially closed and the countdown hasn't been reset by a last-second bid.
