World Wide Corals strives to deliver your aquarium supplies safely and promptly. Here is an outline of our shipping methods, costs, and restrictions for online supplies & equipment orders.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Ground Shipping: We offer a flat-rate ground shipping service on all aquarium supplies & equipment orders. Orders over $49.99 may qualify for free ground shipping. For orders under $49.99, a $5.99 ground shipping fee applies. (Large drop-ship or freight-required items may incur additional charges.)
- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, please call us to arrange express shipping. Orders received by 2:00 PM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.
- Freight & Drop Ship Items: Some items — such as larger aquarium tanks, sumps, and systems — do not qualify for free shipping and are indicated as "freight" or "drop shipping only" in the product description. This additional cost will appear once the ship-to address is entered in the cart.
- Store Pickup: You can choose to pick up your order in person by selecting free "Store Pickup" at checkout. Store Pickup is only available at our Orlando SuperStore: 5402 Central Florida Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32821 — Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. For same-day pickup, place your order by 2:00 PM and allow at least 3 business hours before arriving.
Order Processing & Handling
- Order Cutoff: Orders of dry goods received by 2:00 PM EST are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the next business day, Monday through Friday.
- Signature at Delivery: For orders valued at $500.00 or more, a signature is required upon delivery, providing proof of delivery for your high-value order.
Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims
- Inspect on Arrival: Please inspect your shipment immediately when it arrives. If you notice any damage or missing items, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt or refuse the delivery. Take photos of any damaged packaging or items.
- Report Damages Promptly: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for any damage claims. We cannot accept shipping damage claims reported after 24 hours. Keep all original packaging and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipping Only: We ship only to addresses within the United States. Our free shipping and flat-rate offers apply only within the contiguous U.S. (the Lower 48 states). We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, and we do not ship internationally.
