Description

JBJ Nano Arctica-E Chiller

Keep delicate aquatic life stable and stress-free with the Nano Arctica-E, purpose-built for tanks up to 10 gallons. Rather than relying on a bulky compressor and refrigerant gas like traditional chillers, this unit uses thermoelectric cooling technology to deliver reliable temperature control without the noise, vibration, or footprint of standard systems.

Solid-State Cooling, No Compressor Required

At the core of the Nano Arctica-E is a semiconductor-based thermal chip, paired with a large heat sink and a low-noise fan to draw heat out of your water. Because there's no compressor cycling on and off, it's an ideal fit for tanks kept in bedrooms, offices, or any living space where noise matters.

Dial In Your Exact Temperature

Even small temperature swings can put stress on reef life and sensitive species like Axolotls. A clear digital display and intuitive control panel let you set your exact target, backed by an external sensor that reads the real water temperature inside the tank rather than estimating it.

Highlights

  • Silent by design — no compressor means no startup noise or vibration transferring through your stand
  • Ready out of the box — includes a 5W submersible pump and 12mm tubing, so setup takes minutes
  • Built to last in salt or fresh — corrosion-resistant heat exchanger works safely in both reef and planted freshwater systems
  • Efficient cooling — pulls water temperature down 9–11°F depending on room conditions, with low power draw
  • Small enough to tuck away — just 7.1" x 3.9" x 6.3", easy to fit around a stand or on a desktop
