Description
Pygoplites diacanthus
Angelfish come in a large array of colors, patterns and sizes that make them very appealing to all levels of hobbyists. Unlike Centropyge angels, this genus is known for having large adult sizes. Angels from genus need to be fed a well balanced diet of meatyfoods, herbivore foods and preparations that include sponges. Like other angels, these are not considered reef safe because they may nip at corals and clam mantles.
